We work in collaboration with our manufacturer partners where each organization has
specific roles and responsibilities. The manufacturer is responsible for the clinical
sale, while we are responsible for, and oversee, the acquisition, contracting and
procurement processes. Additionally, we actively seek out new opportunities for the
manufacturer from the government customers.
We have established relationships with government policy and program level officials,
contracting and procurement officers, buyers and end-users. We work extensively with
the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Other Government Agencies
such as the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health,
Indian Health Service and Federal Bureau of Prisons.
As a resource to the manufacturer’s sales team, we:
- Serve as the prime contractor for government sales
- Provide a portfolio of contracting options, including sole-source, to maximize the
probability of closing each sales opportunity
- Provide education and training on the Federal procurement process, the language to use when communicating with end-users and buyers and when to introduce our team into the process
